These two abandoned Pine Bluff homes are getting a total makeover.

Pastor, author, and television personality, Matt Mosler, is leading the charge to give these two abandoned Pine Bluff homes a complete renovation in the summer of 2019.

Not only will the houses be completely made over, the neighborhood will also see a boost when New Life Church begins moving members of the congregation into the freshly renovated homes.

Not just any church members, these individuals and families will be looking to renovate their lives through involvement in the Home Again program. Many Pine Bluff residence struggle to overcome the poverty cycle, due to low wages and living expenses too high to justify a break up with government assistance.

“It is for freedom that Christ set us free” says Mosler, “but living on government assistance is not freedom, just slavery repackaged.”

Home again houses, affectionately named Betty, Broadmoor, and pepper, Will be rented at a reasonable rate to qualifying families who apply through New Life Church. Renters will pay a below market rental rate for 3-5 years after which they will be able to purchase the property for $25k or half of the appraised value.
